Lad Na, directly translated means "poured on the face". Not as appetizing to use the direct translation, so let's say Rice Noodles with delicious gravy. Lad Na is a Laos-Chinese dish in origin, history says it was created by Chinese people living in Laos. Lad Na has many different variations like one made with fried egg noodles popular in Hong Kong. This version is made with thick rice noodles, top with delicious gravy and vegetables. Another dish from saranyacooksthai that is not readily available in Thai restaurants in the U.S. but very popular in Thailand.
Kit includes every ingredient needed to make 4 servings of delicious Lad Na. Kits do not include meat to give you the flexibility to add your own or add any meat alternative.
